Newbie from Yorkshire

Hi everyone!

I've been reading different threads on the site for a couple of days now, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

My name is Kelly, I live in West Yorkshire and am currently in the process of researching and reading as much as I can about Eriba's before purchasing one.

I live with my boyfriend, Sam, and our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever called Ted.

We love camping but I am keen to move on to a caravan. I found Eriba's when looking for a more 'retro' styling caravan and the only one Sam really likes the look of.

I'm looking for a Puck or a Puck L with the bed that goes along the length of the caravan as Sam is over 6 foot and hoping to pick up a starter one for around 4 thousand.

I'm really excited about the prospect of becoming caravaners as my parents own a motorhome so we could join them on their escapades across Britian and Europe.

Anyway, better go but look forward to reading and finding out lots more.

Welcome to the forum Kelly, I started out with a Puck L 230GT (uprated axle)
I thought it was the most beautiful caravan of all the Eribas. It was very light
inside and had bags of storage, towed a dream (excessive speeds came up very quickly)
with the uprated axle the payload was very good as well. The other L the 225 is another
really nice Eriba

Welcome and hope you find your dream Eriba; I suggest you take both Sam and Ted to view prospective 'vans as I haven't a clue what a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever looks like but if he's anything like my son's labradoodle you'll need a big awning as well!

I thought it was one of those huge curly coated Dutch
animules that live on barges and like to swim.
But no its a neat doggie with no inferred vices
Oh did I say I was born in Yorkshire, Pete?

Yes I definitely want an awning too! I think we'll struggle for room otherwise.

We're interested in the Eriba's due to their small size as we both are under 30 and have the licence types that mean we can't drive bigger loads and also, we only have a medium sized car (new style Citreon C3).
